I have been advising for 4 years now, having entered the industry during COVID and passing my exams in 2021. I was employed for 2 years, then went to self employed with True Potential in Spring 2023. Whether it be a new property purchase, raising funds for home improvements or putting a protection policy in place to ensure their family is covered, I am always happy to assist and guide in the best way I can.

I advise on both mortgages and protection, and the importance of the two coinciding together. I love to build a rapport with a client, to understand their personal circumstances and advise according to that, but also to meet people and learn about them...

My weekends are full of spending time with my husband, Martyn, 4 year old, Oliver and puppy, Arlo. We love the odd holiday or trip.

When not working, Susan enjoys her holidays and travelling the world with her husband Mike. She is a great support for not only the clients, but myself to enable us both to complete our jobs to a high standard.
