I want to top up my investment with a one off payment, how do I do this?
You can top up your investment with a debit card at any time from just using our award-winning, world-first technology impulseSave®.
If you’re logged into the desktop site, select ‘Investments’ from the top menu and choose the Policy you’d like to top up with impulseSave®.
If you’re using the True Potential app, click into your chosen policy and click the green ‘impulseSave®’ button.
On both the desktop site and app, you can choose how much to top up, including closing your gap to goal and using up your tax-free allowances. Saving a debit card makes the process even easier after your first top up.
How can I make regular contributions into my investment?
To set up a monthly invesment, log in to your account, choose ‘Investments’ from the top menu and choose the Policy you wish to contribute to. From here, select ‘Edit monthly investment’.
You can then set up a direct debit from your bank account and choose which day you’d like to contribute each month. We’ll start taking your payment from the next available date.

I’ve recently transferred an investment, when will I see the value in my account?
You’ll be able to see the value of your transferred investment as soon as the transfer is complete and the funds have been invested. This typically takes 2-4 weeks from the date you transfer but can take more or less time depending on how quickly the funds are transferred to us by your previous provider.
