True Potential championed in NextWealth Adviser Report 2025
True Potential has been named as one of the UK’s leading platforms for financial advisers in the NextWealth Adviser Review Champions 2025 report.
Based on feedback from more than 1,000 financial advice professionals, the independent study places True Potential among the highest ranked platforms overall — praised by advisers for its value for money, quality of support, seamless integration and ease of use.
True Potential has now scored above 4.5 (on a five-point scale) in each platform category of the report for three consecutive years.
The Adviser Review Champions series is the frontline verdict on who’s delivering, and raising the bar, for adviser tech. The 2025 edition explores adviser sentiment across key systems including platforms, back-office tools and client portals, as well as the growing adoption of AI.
True Potential’s platform: Delivering for financial advice professionals
True Potential is ranked second overall among UK adviser platforms and ahead of major competitors including Scottish Widows, Quilter, Parmenion, and P1.
Overall platform rating:
4.82 / 5 – placing True Potential among the top-performing platforms for the third consecutive year.
Overall, platforms received the highest user review scores in five years and continue to be the highest-rated category of adviser technology. This shows that, while other elements like back-office systems and client portals continue to frustrate advisers, platforms are delivering where it matters most.
True Potential’s platform scores across all categories were exceptionally strong:
- Value for money: 74
- Support provided: 87
- Integration with other tech: 79
- Willingness to recommend: 85
Technology that puts advisers in control
Integration continues to be a major challenge across the industry — but True Potential is one of just five platforms to achieve a user review of 4.0 or higher for “Integration with other tech”.
The report noted that “the vertically integrated platform works well with other True Potential tech and always garners strong reviews from users.”
This shows advisers value True Potential’s in-house technology, not just for its functionality, but for the control and confidence it delivers to advisers and clients.
Value, efficiency and adviser confidence
In a market where many systems charge extra for add-ons or integrations, True Potential’s 4.74 out of 5 for value for money and 4.85 for willingness to recommend highlight not only satisfaction, but confidence and advocacy among advisers.
As NextWealth observed, “providers that can surface tangible value and ease the migration journey are well positioned to lead.”
True Potential’s continued performance demonstrates how a clear focus on value, support and seamless integration can translate directly into adviser confidence and long-term loyalty – with the tools, technology and support available when needed.
Looking ahead: Setting the pace for investment technology into 2026 and beyond
The recognition from this report reflects more than strong satisfaction scores; it demonstrates the value of our long-term commitment to innovation, support and client experience.
In 2026 and beyond, True Potential will continue setting the pace — empowering advisers and clients with technology that not only meets today’s expectations but shapes the future of financial advice.
