How do I make a deposit to my savings accounts?

All deposits to your True Potential Cash Savings must be made from your nominated bank account.  This is the UK bank account, in your own name, that you link to your Cash Savings at set-up.

Here’s how deposits work:

• You choose how much you want to save
• You make a bank transfer from your nominated bank account
• Your money first arrives in your Cash Savings Holding Account
• From there, it is moved automatically into the savings accounts you have selected

You cannot transfer money directly from your True Potential investment accounts into Cash Savings.
